What we collect

• Usage data. Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, and how you arrived. This data is aggregated and doesn't identify you personally to us.
• Advertising data. We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and TikTok Pixel. These set cookies that let us show ads to people who visited this site and measure whether our ads work. They may connect your visit to your Facebook or TikTok account if you have one.
• Email address. Only if you give it to us — for example to receive the free checklist or updates. We use it to send what you asked for. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing always works.
• Purchase information. Purchases are processed by Gumroad, our payment platform. Gumroad handles your payment details under its own privacy policy — we never see or store your card number. We receive your name, email, and what you bought so we can deliver the product and honor the guarantee.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your personal information.
• We don't send email you didn't sign up for.
• We don't collect more than the site needs to work and improve.

Cookies and tracking

The analytics and advertising tools above work through cookies and similar technologies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will still work.

Your opt-outs

• Google Analytics: install the opt-out browser add-on.
• Meta ads: adjust your ad preferences or opt out of ads based on site visits.
• TikTok ads: manage personalization in TikTok's privacy settings.
• Email: click unsubscribe in any message, or email us and we'll remove you.

How long we keep information

Email addresses stay on the list until you unsubscribe or ask to be removed. Purchase records are kept as long as needed for taxes, accounting, and honoring refunds. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' standard settings.

Access and deletion requests

Want to know what we have about you, or want it deleted? Email FinestflipsLLC@gmail.com from the address in question and we'll handle it. Residents of states with privacy laws (like the CCPA in California) may exercise their rights the same way — we honor these requests regardless of where you live.

Children

This site sells business education for adults and is not directed at children under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated effective date. Material changes to how email is used will be announced to the list before they take effect.
